These terms cover your use of this website and service, run by Flatboat Home Pros, a trade name of Weed Wrangler Land Services LLC, 4023 Arvilla Rd, Friendly, WV 26146. By using the site you agree to them.

For homeowners

• Requesting quotes is free. You are never obligated to hire anyone.
• We are a referral service. We don't perform any work, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
• Contractors are independent businesses. We don't guarantee their work, prices, availability, licensing or insurance. Check a contractor's license, insurance and references yourself, and get the price and scope in writing before hiring.
• Please give accurate contact information and only request quotes for property you own or are authorized to manage.

For contractors

• Pay per lead. There are no contracts, monthly fees or setup costs. You see a preview first and only pay for the leads you choose to unlock, at the price shown.
• Exclusive leads go to one contractor only. Shared leads go to at most 3 contractors.
• Launch offer: contractors who sign up by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern get their first lead free (one free lead, any trade, exclusive or shared, at any list price), then 25% off their next 2 paid leads. The free lead is unlocked right away with no card or checkout. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Credits are used only when an unlock or payment is confirmed. Refunds don't apply to the free lead. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change or end the offer for future sign-ups.
• Leads are homeowner requests, not guaranteed jobs. We don't guarantee that a homeowner will answer, ask for a quote, or hire you.
• Refunds are at our discretion, mainly for leads with invalid contact information (for example, a disconnected number and bad email) reported within 7 days of purchase. Email nathan@ridgelinehomeservices.com.
• You agree to hold the licenses and insurance your work requires, to contact homeowners only about their requested project, to follow the law on calls and texts, and to honor any opt-out request right away. Don't resell or share lead information.
• We can pause or close a contractor account for misuse or complaints.

General

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the lead involved. West Virginia law applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
