This site is run by Flatboat Home Pros, a trade name of Weed Wrangler Land Services LLC, 4023 Arvilla Rd, Friendly, WV 26146 ("we", "us"). We connect homeowners who need work done with independent local contractors. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.
When you request quotes, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), street address, city and ZIP, the type of project, how soon you need it, your project description, whether you own the property, and your consent to be contacted. We also store the exact consent wording you agreed to, the time you submitted, and the IP address the request came from.
Contractors who serve your area and do your kind of work can see a preview of your project (trade, town, a partial ZIP code, timing and description, with any phone numbers or emails removed). Your name, phone, email and street address are shared only with up to 3 matched contractors who pay us to unlock your request. Those contractors may call, text or email you about your project. Once a contractor has your information, they handle it under their own practices.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone else, and we don't share it beyond that matching.
When a contractor applies, we collect the company name, contact name, phone, email, license number, trades, service areas and lead preferences. If approved, we store a login (passwords are stored only as secure hashes) and a record of the leads they unlock and pay for.
Contractor payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date and status).
We keep simple, privacy-friendly visit statistics: the page viewed, the time, the referring website or ad campaign (for example, Facebook or Google), and the general device and browser type. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts, and we don't store visitors' IP addresses for analytics. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that resets every day. Visit statistics are deleted after 90 days.
We may email contractors about new leads and their account. Homeowners can reply STOP to texts or ask us at any time to stop contacting them.
We keep quote requests and contractor records as long as needed to run the service and keep business and tax records, unless you ask us to delete them.
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop being contacted, email nathan@ridgelinehomeservices.com. We'll delete it from our systems unless we have to keep a record (for example, a payment record). We can't delete copies a contractor already received, but we'll tell you which contractors received your request so you can contact them.
This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
